Can I term it fitness if my footwork is great but my direction in life is uncertain? Not at all. One slip and I am gone in an instant. The end. Perishable goods. What now?

Hey in that moment of reckoning can anything certain be said of the fitness practitioner? We would have to known the athlete at a deeper level to make a statement.

We can only wonder if their exit from the gymnasium was due to a system failure or simply a call to final exam.

  • Flexibility
  • Coordination
  • Balance
  • Agility

We need all of it. For the big journey. Understand?

Life can be seen as a gym. Gravity and other causes of structural collapse are the weight machines. We best learn to stand under our burdens with optimal alignment.

These will test one’s resolve to remain aligned with unconditional positive regard, despite the obstacle or challenge.
