  • Any ability to resist the new normal is #fitness.

Can I term it fitness if my direction in life is uncertain? Not at all. I can be dead in an instant. The end. Perishable goods. What then?

Hey in that moment of reckoning can anything tangible be said of the fitness practitioner? We would have to known the athlete at a deeper level to make a statement.

All the world can wonder is if it was merely a system failure or simply the call to final exam.

  • Strength
  • Speed
  • Flexibility
  • Coordination
  • Balance
  • Agility

We need all of it. For the big journey. Understand?

Fitness is not about how fast we can make way in the face of gravity and other causes of structural collapse.

It is all about how strongly we #resist loss of tensegrity, how we retain the ability to push back, how efficiently we train to remain proactively steadfast and aligned with unconditional positive regard. 

That works. Always has, always will. You want to know why? Banana peels.
