How Long Does It Take To Neutralize Myofascial Pain?

Bodywork is not a thing. It is a process. Although the average myofascial trigger point can easily be cleared in under a minute, addressing the causative factors always takes longer. Thus,”it depends” is usually the best answer.

“In alternative medicine, bodywork is any therapeutic or personal development technique that involves working with the human body in a form involving manipulative therapy, breath work, or energy medicine.” En.wikipedia.org. N. p., 2017. Web. 5 July 2017

I practice a blend of therapeutic modalities and always my focus is on myofascial pain relief and stress management.

  • deep tissue
  • sports
  • swedish
  • acupressure
